Dubai Carpet Fair, Challenges

The Dubai Carpet and Flooring Expo, which will be held in Ordibehesht 1404, is one of the most prestigious events in the field of flooring and carpets worldwide. DEMOTEX is the world's leading trade fair brand for the carpet and flooring industry, and with the relaunch of DEMOTEX in the Middle East in 2024, the exhibition has been able to emphasize its global trade position. Its second edition will be held from 22 to 24 April 2025 at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC). By returning to Dubai, the exhibition, as the organizer, responds to the long-standing demand of the Middle East market for an annual and central exhibition platform in this relevant target market. The construction, development, real estate and interior sectors in the Middle East are constantly growing. Therefore, the demand for carpets and flooring is constantly increasing, and the market share of the Middle East flooring industry is also increasing. Based on sales of US$8.6 billion in 2022, the Middle East carpet and flooring market is expected to reach around US$14.55 billion by 2030, growing at a CAGR of 7.2%. The event aims to establish itself as the global carpet trade hub. This edition of the exhibition saw significant growth compared to its previous edition. Many companies from across the region, including Iran, will be present at the event. Dubai Carpet and Flooring Exhibition (CFE 2025) The Domotex 2025 Dubai exhibition, the largest global carpet and flooring industry event in the Middle East, will once again host manufacturers from around the world. Dariush Carpet Company, as one of the largest machine-made carpet manufacturers, will also have a strong presence as one of the representatives of the Iranian carpet industry at this international event. Among the outstanding features of this exhibition is the increased presence of Iranian brands. This year, the number of Iranian companies at Domotex Dubai has increased significantly, with more than 30 leading brands participating. This remarkable growth is a sign of the Iranian carpet industry’s determination to conquer international markets.
